Montecasino's glamorous Palazzo Hotel presents a sumptuous romantic Valentine's themed five-course dinner at their fine dining restaurant Medeo this Valentine's Day.

Arrive early and enjoy drinks on the deck overlooking the luscious gardens and pool before settling in for an evening of fine food and music. Start your meal with an amuse bouche of goat’s cheese paired with walnut couscous, compressed apples and blueberry gel, while for mains dishes such as sous vide beef fillet with carrot puree, broccoli, cauliflower, fondant potato, parsnip chips and wine merchant sauce are on the menu. End off the evening with a dessert for two of strawberry and pistachio shortcake topped with whipped strawberry and rose ganache, fresh strawberries, pistachio custard and strawberry rose meringues.
