Ląd Abbey

Ląd Abbey is a former Cistercian monastery in Ląd. It was founded around 1145 and is considered an important sight on the Piast Trail of Greater Poland. It currently houses a seminary, the Wyższe Seminarium Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, run by the Salesian order.

Visiting the post-Cistercian monastery complex in Ląd on the Warta takes place only in the presence of a local guide, according to the following schedule:
Mon-Sat - 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 2:00, 4:30
Sun and Holidays: 10:30, 13:30, 16:00, 17:30.
By prior arrangement, it is possible to visit the monastery and the church with a guide at other times.
