Jollof rice (a spicy one-pot rice dish) derives its name from the Wolof people of Senegal who are thought to have invented the dish. Over the years however, jollof rice has become synonymous with West African cooking and sparked heated debates as to who makes it better; Nigeria or Ghana?<br />
